Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while selection of the land for construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan in Gram Panchayat of Mahuwan, Prakhand Obra, Aurangabad, the guidelines of the State Government, जापक-2 प०/प०/ स० भ०-09-39/2020 (खंड)/8354/ प०/ रा० पटना, dated 30.08.2022 is not being complied.

3. In that view of the matter, the petitioner may raise
