JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of 22 1⁄2 liter of illicit liquor from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for more than one and half months. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.75468 of 2019(2) dt.13-12-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge Excise Samastipur, in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
