2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 407 of 2023 for the offence registered under Section 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case on information about the quarrel in the matrimonial house of her daughter she went there and found dead body of her daughter lying in the room. It is further alleged that earlier the daughter of the informant was beaten by her husband for non-payment of loan installment of four wheeler given to him and the accused persons killed the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is married sister-in-law of the deceased and living separately. She has no concern or control with the affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is a lady having four children. She is in custody since 16.09.2023. She has no criminal antecedent. Husband of the deceased is already in custody.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 407 of 2023.
