The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S.Case No. 51 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a,26/35 of the Arms Act. It is submitted that as per allegation only a country made pistol without any cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner however petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.02.2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pappu Rai @ Mogal Rai is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-II, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018.
