JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per FIR police intercepted one motorcycle and petitioner was identified by torch light, who succeeded in fleeing away and from motorcycle 30.600 liquor was recovered. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated and identification itself is doubtful and he has no criminal antecedent.

In view of above facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73352 of 2019(2) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order and, if possible, to be disposed of on the same day.
