2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 126(2), 115(2), 329(4), 109, 352 and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77733 of 2025(2) dt.02-12-2025 2/3 antecedent and the informant alleges that on 28.06.2025 at 06:30 p.m., six named accused persons including the petitioners entered his house and abused and assaulted him by a rod causing injury on head.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegations, as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the date of occurrence is 28.06.2025 and the FIR came to be instituted on 01.07.2025 and allegation of assault is general and omnibus in nature and even the injury suffered by the injured has been opined to be simple in nature.

5. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Kundwa
