JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 177 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner and one Md. Shamsahd have been surfaced during course of investigation and Md. Shamshad has been granted bail vide order dated 09.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9749 of 2018. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in jail since 11.10.2017. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27836 of 2018 (3) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarhana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 177 of 2016.
