2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the informant has alleged that due to negligence and carelessness of the teachers of Chandragokul High Court, his daughter has been killed.
4. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner surfaced during course of investigation, only because he happens to be Mama (maternal uncle) of prime accused Badal Kumar. As a matter of fact, the deceased has committed suicide. Police after investigation submitted chargesheet against co-accused Badal Kumar under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - 10th, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kotwa P.S.
