Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/37(b)(c) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of liquor.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.09.2019. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79164 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 with Special Case No.8052/2019 arising out of Pulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No.838/2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
