2. This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of writ in nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction directing the respondent to transfer the post recorded at Serial No.07 (Sonapur) to Village-Satkauwa within the Sub Division of Dighal Bank.
(ii) For directing the respondent to conduct detailed enquiry into the irregularity committed in the process of
Patna High Court CWJC No.17196 of 2023(2) dt.11-09-2025 2/2 selections of schools/Tola in the SubDivision of Dighal Bank. (iii) For issuance of writ in the nature of writ of prohibition or any other writ order or direction restraining the Respondents to proceed with the appointment of Siksha Sevak within the Sub Division of Dighal Bank without conducting detailed enquiry into the irregularities committed by the respondents in distribution of post within the Sub Division.
3. In the opinion of this Court, this writ petition is not maintainable.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move the Chief Secretary by filing a representation.
