Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Desari P.S.Case No. 271 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of killing the deceased for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry and petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and allegations are general in nature and he is in custody since 27.1.2018 and charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for bail.
