2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following relief:

" That the present application is being filed for directing the Respondent Authority to correct the Municipal Survey Khatiyan by recording the name of the Petitioner in light of the Order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8139 of 2012, for which several applications have been filed by the Petitioner and the same are still pending without any consideration."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already moved before the District Settlement Officer, Gaya by filing a representation on 21.12.2017 which is still pending and accordingly, prayer was made that the same be directed to be disposed off.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed off directing the District Settlement Officer-cumDistrict Magistrate, Gaya to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which is Annexure-2 of the present writ application, expeditiously and latest within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
