The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No.654 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 25(1-b)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. 3.

The petitioner and others are said to have fired upon the victim. He is in custody since 20.08.2025. 4.

From reading of the F.I.R., it appears that it is a case of accidental firing.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
