JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 Learned counsel for the State has informed this Court that the Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar has already withdrawn the order dated 13.09.2019 and all consequential letters and action taken pursuant to the directions contained in letter dated 13.09.2019.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, it is contended that Annexure '2' series to the present writ application have lost there significance and those are no longer in existence.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22039 of 2019(2) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 This Court, therefore, finds that Annexure '2' series to the writ application is now fit to be set aside and those are accordingly set aside.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the writ application has become infructuous and it is being disposed off accordingly.
