2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Cheriyabariyarpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2025, instituted under Section 25(1)a of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner is that he made his video viral with illegal arms.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has not made viral the alleged photo. He had no knowledge about the viral photo and the same has never been made viral from his I.D. There is no recovery of any weapon from his possession or from his house. Petitioner has one
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77838 of 2025(3) dt.11-02-2026 2/2 criminal antecedent in which he is on bail. Petitioner is a young boy of 21 year. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Cheriyabariyarpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023.
