2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawanagar (Sonvarsha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 325 of 2023 dated 12.08.2023, lodged under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown criminals. The criminals looted golden ornaments from the informant. During investigation, the petitioner has been found involved in the alleged crime.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that there are three criminal antecedents of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2023. He further submits that the other similarly situated

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the materials have come to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Buxar in connection with Nawanagar (Sonvarsha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 325 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned police station every week to mark attendance.
