====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 744 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 304 B, 120 B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation in the FIR, the petitioner, who happens to be the gotni (Sister-in-law) of the deceased lady, along with other co-accused tortured the sister of the informant, who committed suicide by hanging herself. It is stated that the sister of the informant was married in the year 2017 and had a one and half year old child.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner along with her husband are living separately, and not in the house where the occurrence took place. It is

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Danapur, in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 744 of 2019.
