The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 335 of 2017 for the offenses under Section 392 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case was registered against unknown and only on the basis of clue from the spy of the police the name of the petitioner surfaced in this case. Although the petitioner is in custody since 22nd December, 2017 but he was not put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 22nd December, 2017 and till date he has not been put on Test Identification Parade, let the petitioner, above named, be
