Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chanan P.S.Case No.53 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries having been inflicted on both sides. It is further submitted that other similarly situated co-accused have been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.64292 of 2019 on 23.10.2019.
