JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 27.3.2018, seeks bail in Supaul PS Case No. 88 of 2018 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the IPC.

Submission is that the petitioner lives in the neighbour-hood of the informant, there is no recovery of stolen jewelry and other items from the possession of the petitioner, it is alleged that immediately he was apprehended from the house of his uncle and this petitioner has been falsely implicated as earlier his aunt had ladged a criminal case against the present informant. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Navshish Kumar @ Navshish Kumar Jha @ Golu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Supaul in connection with Supaul PS Case No. 88 of 2018.
