2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 518 of 2023 arising out of Rajoun P.S. Case No. 178 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 458, 380, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is a member of the gang who came to the house of the victim and it is alleged that one of the co-accused has committed rape with the victim.

4. It has very fairly been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that out of nine witnesses, eight have already been examined.

5. Considering the fact that the trial of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82054 of 2024(3) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 petitioner is on the verge of conclusion, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest.
