2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offence punishable under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have operated the wife of informant and subsequently, she died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not operated the wife of informant and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that it is specific case of the informant that without having any requisite qualification and degree, this petitioner operated the wife of informant, resulting in her death. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
