JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 294 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per FIR there is recovery of 28 and odd litres of liquor from the house of the petitioners.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated, having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer on the ground of maintainability as there is recovery from their house.
