The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S.Case No.157 of 2019 dated 5.7.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, petitioner is said to have assaulted the brother of the informant. It further appears that later on due to humiliation meted out to him, he has committed suicide by hanging.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact the deceased was eave teaser to the daughter of the petitioner and for that there was some altercation between the parties and the injury report also shows that there
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77446 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 was abrasion . Petitioner is in custody since 1.10.2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted .
Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-XIII, Vaishali in connection with Rajapakar P.S.Case No.157 of 2019 dated 5.7.2019.
Accordingly, this application is allowed.
