Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Opposite Party submitted that the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Patna has passed a reasoned order in compliance of the order dated 11.07.2023 passed in CWJC No.6397 of 2014 and in view of the grievance of the petitioner, having been considered in the said order, the prayer for initiation of contempt may be dropped.

3. Mr. Lalan Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to avail remedy against the

Patna High Court MJC No.3401 of 2023(6) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 order dated 15.07.2025 contained in Memo No.6161.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
