Mr. Gyan Shankar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-08-2018 The petitioner's son had appeared for admission in Class-IX in Simultala Awasiye Vidyalaya, Simultala, Jamui. It is his case that he had cleared all the requisite tests whereafter he was asked to appear for medical examination. He was, however, not offered admission. In that background, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to make an inquiry for not admitting the petitioner's son in the said School. The petitioner is also seeking direction to allow the admission of petitioner's son in the School and compensate the petitioner suitably for the loss cause to him. There is no averment in the writ application that

Patna High Court CWJC No.9752 of 2018(2) dt.13-08-2018 2/2 someone inferior in merit, has been admitted in the School ignoring claim of the petitioner's son. Nor there is any statement in the writ application that the petitioner wanted to obtain reason for his non-admission or the merit list, which has been denied by the respondents.

In such circumstance, the relief which is being sought in the writ application, cannot be granted.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
