2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Buxar Industrial P.S. Case No. 131 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364 (A), 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, there is an allegation against the petitioner that he kidnapped the father of the informant and demanded ransom of Rs. 2 lakhs from the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is not involved in the said occurrence and the informant due to misconception filed

He also submits that petitioner has two criminal antecedents out of which one case belongs to excise act and he is on bail in both the cases. Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.10.2023.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, and period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Buxar in connection with Buxar Industrial P.S. Case No. 131 of 2019.
