ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2019, in connection with Nowkothi P.S. Case No. 6 of 2012 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 341, 342 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR but only because he had an antecedent and was in jail in connection with other cases, the petitioner has also been remanded in connection with the present case merely on pure suspicion. It is further submitted that during the course of investigation no material has come against him and he is willing to abide by any terms and

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Nowkothi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2012, subject to the condition that one of the bailors must be the father of the petitioner.
