Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Desari PS Case No.92 of 2000, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.92 of 2018, registered under Sections 363/34, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
This petitioner has been absconding for 17 years as this is a case of the year 2000, so the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Desari PS Case No.92 of 2000, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.92 of 2018, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial.
