The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kishanpur P. S. Case No. 8 of 2018 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he abducted a minor boy of 18 years, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
