The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rani Talab PS case no. 126 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having assaulted the informant and his son with lathi, danda and sharp cutting weapons resulting in him sustaining various injuries.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the injuries which have been found on the person of the son of the informant are simple

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73074 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in custody since 15.10.2019 and is having a clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st class, Danapur in connection with Rani Talab PS case no. 126 of 2019.
