This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Kawalol (Rupau) P.s.Case No.40 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosive Act.

As per FIR, petitioner is not named in the FIR, however, it appears that he is accused in 11 cases. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that so far this case is concerned, except the confessional statement there is nothing against him and he is in custody for more than three months and other co-accused persons have been granted bail.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground of confessional statement as well as the

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner , however, if the trial is not concluded within a period of one year, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
