2. With the consent of all the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.

3. This writ application has been filed for the grant of following reliefs:- "(i) To direct the Respondent authority to grant the Regular Teacher Pay scale to the petitioner under Bihar Special Primary Teacher Appointment Rule

Patna High Court CWJC No.19050 of 2025(2) dt.25-11-2025 2/3 2010 with effect from 1" round appointment year 2012 in place of 24.04.2023 with all consequential benefits.

And/or any other appropriate relief (s) to the petitioner for which he may be found entitle under the fact and circumstance."

After advancing some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner is prepared to file a detailed representation before the Director, the Primary Education (Education Department) of Bihar, New Secretariat Patna (Respondent No. 3) and he further prays that if such a representation is filed, an appropriate direction be given to the Director, the Primary Education (Education Department) of Bihar, New Secretariat Patna (Respondent No. 3) to dispose of the representation within a fixed time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. To this prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for Respondent-State does not have any objection.

6. Considering the limited nature of prayer being

Patna High Court CWJC No.19050 of 2025(2) dt.25-11-2025 3/3 made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Director, the Primary Education (Education Department) of Bihar, New Secretariat Patna (Respondent No. 3) within one month from the date of passing of this order. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner within a stipulated time then the Director, the Primary Education (Education Department) of Bihar, New Secretariat Patna (Respondent No. 3) shall dispose of the same on merit within a further period of six months from the date of filing of the representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

7. With the aforesaid observation, directions and liberty granted, this writ application is disposed of. All pending Interlocutory Applications, if any shall stand disposed of. (Alok Kumar Sinha, J) Gaurav Sinha/- U
