2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bardaha P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 366A, 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

6. From the records, it appears that the victim had

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned DAJ-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Araria/concerned Court below in connection with Bardaha P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024.
