2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 29/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/6 of the POCSO Act have been added.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the documents annexed with the bail petition to show that the victim and the petitioner got married in a temple and, thereafter, the victim became pregnant also. The petitioner is in jail since 28.03.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO II, Muzaffarpur / concerned court in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 29/2023.
