JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the Circle Officer, Silao has passed the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 on 09.12.2024 in connection with Encroachment Case No.6 of 2023-24, hence the order of this Court dated 04.09.2023 passed in CWJC No.157 of 2023 has stood complied with.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 09.12.2024 by availing such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is
