The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that there is case and counter case and the allegation against the petitioner is that he inflicted an iron blow on the leg of the husband of the informant, and he has got no criminal antecedent, the prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Danapur, District- Patna
