The present application has been preferred: for modification of the order dated 24.09.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.- 63734/2025 by which order petitioner has been granted Anticipatory Bail with direction to Surrender within a period of Four weeks from the receipt of the order.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 4 and 5 of the petition, the Cr. Misc. No. 81733 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500 to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner
