The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2018 in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 66 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a co-villager and has nothing to do with any demand of dowry or for that matter any occurrence which may have led to death of the victim, as he is not a family member. It is further submitted that only on suspicion, he has been taken into custody. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
