2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Maigra P.S. Case No. 50 of 2022 registered on 06.11.2022 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 436, 427, 379, 382, 307, 302, 120B, 341, 34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of Dyne Protection Act
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against 69 named and 200 unknown accused persons including the petitioners against whom there is an allegation that they have burnt the wife of the informant resulting to death on the allegation that she is acting as dyne.

4. Counsel further submits that petitioners are innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioners are having no criminal case pending against them. There is no specific allegation made against any of the accused persons, only general and omnibus allegations has been made. He submits that initially 69 persons have been made accused but subsequently 200 more persons have been made accused. He further submits that vide order dated 12.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18556 of 2023 has granted regular bail as well as some accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail who were not arrested. Counsel submits that this Court vide order dated 24.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36692 of 2023 has been granted regular bail by this Court.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. As such, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 30,000/- (thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, subject to the
