Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 403 of 2019 for the offence under sections 307, 385, 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he used firearm to terrorize the informant side. The petitioner is in custody since 9.7.2019.

Considering the fact that no one sustained injury in the firing, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72522 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 403 of 2019.
