ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 18.09.2019, in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 554 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recovery was not made from the conscious possession of the petitioners but from the Santro car which does not belong to the petitioners. It is further submitted that petitioner no. 1 has one criminal antecedent and petitioner no. 2 has got clean antecedent.

Case No. 554 of 2019.
