The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bahera P.S.Case No.232 of 2019 /Darbhanga G.O. case No.495 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) , 32(III) , 41(I) of the Bihar Prohbition and Excise Act, 2016 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, huge quantity of liquor was recovered from several accused persons and one of the co-accused , Mahabir Das, who has been arrested has disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than two months and except the confessional statement there is nothing against him. He is

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ2nd cum Special Judge (Excise Act) Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S.case No.232 of 2019/G.O. Case No.495 of 2019 . With the above direction, this application is allowed.
