JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant was rejected by this Court by order dated 23.6.2017 passed in Cr.Appeal(SJ) No. 47 of 2017 finding prima facie case against the appellant.

Submission of learned counsel for the appellant is that coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 11.7.2019 passed in Cr.Appeal (SJ) No. 2207 of 2019 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

There is no cogent new material to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
