Patna High Court CWJC No.22749 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 whereby the Block Development Officer, Kalyanpur, Samastipur has been directed to take steps for cancellation of the appointment of the petitioners in view of the order dated 29.07.2019 passed by a co-ordinate Bench this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 15209 of 2019. The petitioners would be perfectly entitled to approach the District Appellate Teachers Tribunal for the redressal of their grievances.

In case such a petition is filed by the petitioners, the same shall be entertained by the Tribunal and a reasoned order shall be passed within a reasonable period of time.

The writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid observation/direction.
