JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S.Case No. 21 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 354A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner No.1 is that he snatched Jitya from the mother of informant and against petitioner No.2 there is allegation of assault by fists and slaps. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that main accused Jitan Ram has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.5.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 30606 of 2018. Heard learned APP also.

No.32334 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Paliganj P.S.Case No. 21 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions are that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
