The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 217 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding recovery of a motorcycle from the house of the petitioner and upon being asked, the petitioner could not produce papers of the said motorcycle. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is having a clean antecedent and is in custody since 06.04.2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29643 of 2018(2) dt.21-05-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 217 of 2018. It is further directed that the petitioner would mark his attendance before the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station at 10:00 am. on each Monday of the week and in the event of two consecutive defaults, the present privilege of the bail shall stand cancelled automatically.
