2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 21(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 193.5 liters of illegal syrup was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got 5 criminal antecedents out of which 4 criminal antecedents are of similar nature.
