JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of Writ of MANDANUS commanding the Respondent no. 2 to enquire and initiate departmental proceeding against the Respondent No. 7, who was posted as Circle Officer, Patna, in the year 2022-23, and during the said period, he was involved in many illegal actions besides interpolating land records to the benefit of those persons,

Patna High Court CWJC No.19192 of 2024(2) dt.19-12-2024 2/2 against whom Public Land Encroachment Case No. 17/2022-23 was initiated pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble Court, and further in order to benefit such encroachers, he submitted fake and false survey khatiyan without certifying the same as also concealed material facts in his order dated 21.03.2023 to protect the earlier Circle Officer Mahendera Gupta and intentionally did not take any steps for stopping encroachment being made over the public land."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
