The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Vaishali (Bailsar O.P) P. S. Case No. 106 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366 (A) of the Indian Panel Code.

Considering the submission of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C as contained in Annexure-3 to the application, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Vaishali (Bailsar O.P) P. S.
